Great location. Staff was extremely accommodating when a medical emergency forced an early departure during a previous stay. Rooms are very clean. Heat/Air Condition works great. Showers are Amazing.. Walk to WaWa, Point Diner, Crab Trap.

The location was perfect for us because we wanted to dine at the restaurant across the street. It is far from the beach so this wouldn't be my choice if I wanted to visit Ocean City. The bed was comfortable. No phone service, no decaf coffee available.
We are senior citizens and don't eat/drink caffeine. They didn't have any decaf coffee available.
