Great location with an easy beach across the street and Golden Gate Park a 5 minute walk away. Great bakery next door had delicious food and drinks and Ruby’s cafe on the east corner with yummy seafood chowder.

The room was massive. The parking was good. The beach was outside. The tram into town was outside the door too.

A fairly basic and probably older hotel. Overall it was clean and comfortable but nothing fancy. Well located in a funky neighborhood with easy access to Ocean Beach; which is across the street
As mentioned previously, I consider this a pretty basic hotel. The main attraction is it's proximity to the beach. On the downsides: there is no included breakfast (although there is a cafe on the corner), there is no elevator which is a problem if you're on the 3rd or 4th floors, and there is a cable car running on rails just outside the hotel that goes late at night and is quite noisy.
