Hotel room was comfortable and clean. There was parking available (uncovered). They have tea and coffee 24-7. Breakfast was as expected and typical of basic continental fare.
Manager on duty lacked empathy and interpersonal skills during a conversation around changes to my booking.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Nice and clean and close to a convenient Bart station which also had parking. Would definitely come here again.
I had to sleep on the sofa bed which wasn't especially comfortable and my two daughters slept on the comfy king sized bed. It didn't seem like a room with two queens was an option.
