The newly remodeled room was lovely. Location was very convenient to downtown.
I think because we made our reservations through Booking.com we were refused an early check in. Parties before and after us were able to get their rooms. We were told to come back at 4, which we did and were again told there were no rooms available. My husband then assertively stepped in and the clerk magically found a room!

The bathroom was updated and lovely. The breakfast was pretty good.
Our rooms featured views of garbage bags. Parking was tight, as there are ongoing renovations, but the manager worked hard to secure a space for us. There were amenities missing, and a remote from our rooms, and were partially remedied. The main issues were red smears on the walls, which were less than comforting. When reported, the staff attempted to remove them, which made it worse.

The room was updated. The beds were comfortable. Room was quiet.
The price was insane. The check in was a very long line, and some people couldn't get to the rooms right away because the cleaners were behind. There was no parking available in the lot or the garage. Just unorganized chaos. No free breakfast.

Air conditioner was out the patio door which was wide open to the lobby. Loud!
