Staff were nice. Location was good. The staff and the food at Four Flamingos restaurant were amazing! Some reviews complained about that it wasn’t worth the price. We didn’t spend more than at a Cheesecake Factory; and the food was unique and delicious. And I’m very picky like a child and I’m also vegeterian… still I could find food to eat there and it was fantastic! Wifey loved it, too. I think it’s worth a try!
The breakfast buffet was worth it, too! We loved it.
A lot of nice amenities in the hotel also. We had a lot of fun.
There is room for improvement. Our room was not as clean as expected. Sure, the bed, the bathroom, and the floor were clean, but the windows weren’t so much (they also had spiderwebs overhead). I mean it’s not critical, but one would expect more from a 4-star hotel.

The hotel was located centrally and the staff were polite.
The property is dated. We waited 30 minutes for an elevator. Also, I used Apple Pay and each day had to go to the front desk for an authorization. It was very frustrating, but in the end the hotel apologized and made it right.
