Stayed before & location great
They charged me twice and when in correspondence over it they responded once only. Now have to get my bank to deal with the other charge

Very clean (which is always our PRIMARY concern.

Easy to find. Close to airport ($28 Uber ride seemed steep)
No elevator for 2nd floor rooms.
Good value.
Not much - we did have to lug a LOT of luggage from our 2 month overseas trip up and down the outside stairwell to the 2nd floor.
No coffee machine. No iron. No hair dryer.

The interior in the living area was nice.
Staying here for 8 nights and then given a car park view, I wasn’t impressed. When I asked if I could be moved for a pool view, then reaction wasn’t pleasant. I was told twice.. “ now we will have to upset another guest (but in stronger language).. this came across that it was ok to upset me, but not others. I did however get a room change because I was persistent.
No plugs for the bath or the sink.. I did ask for a plug but it took 5 days to get it. To didn’t work and it took 48 hrs to get that seen too. No kettle in the rooms to make a coffee, however they did have coffee in the foyer for guests.. that I was never told about and I stumbled on it on day 3.
I was here for 8 days, no one offered to change bedding, give fresh towels, or empty my bins within this time.
