Convenience of location, hot tub, parking, and Continental breakfast.
The bed was comfortable. There was one pillow that did not have a pillowcase and there was a huge blood stain on it. The cards to enter our room would not work when we would leave the room.

Staff member Casey (spelling?) was FANTASTIC.
We have stayed at many Holiday Inn Expresses during our travels and this one was incredibly disappointing. It was clean-ish. The floors were paper thin. Pool was fine. The hot tub was warm at best. We didn't stay long enough for breakfast. It ended up being a place to lay my head after a long drive and if it weren't for Casey, we wouldn't have stayed at all.
