Very large room, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was very good.
When there was an issue with a neighboring room being very loud at 12:30 a.m., someone from the front desk came up and knocked on the door within minutes of me calling and they quieted down.
The climate control system, with the unit at one end of a very large room and no way to circulate air within the room, did a reasonable job after I turned it down to 64° to cool off the entire room. After that I had to keep it at 67 to be comfortable.
Only one elevator worked. The pool was out of order. At the breakfast bar, one of the cereals was marked as Frosted Flakes, but it was actually Special K (two totally different cereals). I did inform the girl who, I'm pretty sure was in charge of breakfast but, honestly, I don't think she understood me. When I went down for breakfast on the second morning of my stay, the mistake still remained.
The large room was nice but TV viewing was a bit difficult even though the TV could be pulled out. It was still an uncomfortable angle for viewing Also, how any hotel could have popular channels (like ESPN) that are not in HD is beyond me. I also felt that the available channels were limited.
