The property was perfectly located.
Upon entering our room, the trash was not emptied in the room. I did not see this as an issue due to the fact that the can was located under the desk and could be missed.
Upon checking out and leaving, I received an invoice for our stay and checked my banking app and there is an additional $44.00 taken out of my account. I am currently waiting to receive an email back from booking and Hilton to understand this charge.

Wanted first floor but got 2nd floor. We have trouble using the stairs in case of evacuation

The man at the front desk was very helpful very courteous very professional.
housekeeping I could not find one person even when they had their carts in the hallway couldn’t find the one to get more towels had to go down to the front desk.
