We really enjoyed our stay here. We were lucky however that there was a baby shower being hosted at the time of our stay, so there was staff on site to help us check in and answer our questions. If they weren't there, it would have been difficult to navigate as mentioned in other reviews, especially if you don't speak French. The place includes a bar that had live music that night (Saturday) so that was awesome. We saw the chairs and pool set up, lots of kids were playing and having a good time. Food was delicious, we had the wings and citadelle burger. A bit expensive though.

Great location right by the Olympic park and so close to the metro station for travelling into Montreal.
Only slight issue was the tv which kept losing signal regularly and had to keep being rebooted.
