I liked how easy it was to find the hotel and how fast check-in was. I liked how it was easy to navigate around in the building so you can't get lost inside. I like how it wasn't too fancy but had all the necessities we were looking for and that the rooms were all very clean, comfortable and quiet for sleeping in. We loved the breakfast and the huge variety there was to choose from. We didn't know there was a pool until we got there so we didn't use it but that was a fun surprise.
I had trouble signing onto the wifi but thankfully I didn't actually need to use it.

Breakfast
Supposedly something was broken so no pool or hot tub. Seems to me if something is broken and it’s unavailable we should be compensated.
