Location, great Bbq. Enjoyed the park pass. Beds were comfortable.
Advertised as 2 bath, but was 1.5. The back space is great, but needs garden cleaning.

Great location and very clean and well supplied.
Very old structure and stairs to upstairs were not up to standard for. safety!

Susan was very helpful and reached out when the room was ready since we had asked to check in a bit earlier to get ready for a 4 pm wedding in the area. Though we didn't use it, there was a Sandbanks park pass available, and kitchen amenities, a small outdoor sitting area. Very cool historical building with surprising walk through to large bedroom.
Didn't get to spend enough time to truly enjoy the place as it was a one night stay.

Location was excellent. Ambiance of the property was lovely The host was very friendly and very helpful
