Welcome to 23 Butternut Lane Sandbanks PEC where nature meets luxury, home away from home. We are only a 2 hour drive east of Toronto, a 10 minute drive to Sandbank Beach, in close proximity to 32 wineries and breweries, and steps away from relaxing and free amenities.

Very quiet cottage, equipped with little more than the basic (toaster, blender, and like four coffee machines 😄). It was clean and tidy. Two bedrooms, comfortable enough beds, and clean-good-size bathroom.
The TV was great. Not sure if intentional, but Netflix and Prime were available for guests (thinking someone forgot to log off). We used the BBQ a couple of nights.
Pincton is close enough for access to grocery store, Canadian Tire and meat shop.

Property is really close to the pavilion and pool as well as park. It’s a nice layout and private as it in the last cottage and to the left is a grassy area. This was our second time staying here and it was very nice.

The cottage was clean, well appointed and in a good location. The resort was lovely with great amenities. Host was helpful and quick to respond.
