Food was exceptional! The staff treated us like royalty, especially the transport drivers. A special comment about Dino, who was so kind and personable. He remembers my name every year, and makes the Westin experience so divine!!
The hot tub has been broken for 3-4 months...when I was there in May, it wasn't working, and it still isn't working in August. I'm coming back after Labor Day. I hope this is fixed by then. This is not what I expect of Westin.

The restaurant was not staffed well so we waited about 5 minutes before anyone greeted us. Service was slow.

Love the pool and the staff was nice
The first room we had smelled straight like a zoo and the tv didn’t work. Then we moved rooms and the air conditioner broke.
