The tacos at the swim-up bar were delicious, and the pool drink service was timely and friendly. Beds were super comfortable, the property is beautiful, spa was nice and the parking convenient. The location is exceptional for exploring Sabino Canyon and nearby shopping. Would def recommend to families (the separate kids pool and waterslide made it fun for everyone). Dinner at sunset on the patio -- cherry on top!
There was kind of a weird smell in the rooms, making them seem musty/old. Would recommend some kind of system-wide fragrance to level up the overall vibe.

The sunrise over the mountain view was spectacular! Although there was a mixup that downgraded us from a deluxe room to a standard, the room was clean and comfy, and we still got the mountain views we were expecting. The staff and service couldn't have been better! Ditto on the food. The mountain location of the resort protects it from city noise. Even at midnight New Year's Eve, we didn't hear any fireworks or gunshots that those inside the city had to tolerate. The entire resort is luxurious and beautiful!
On the down side, there was no USB port in the room to plug in our phones. Thankfully, we brought one 3 prong plug with a usb port with us. And, thankfully, there was one available plug-in in the room, making it possible, but stressful, to rotate the charging of 2 phones and a set of hearing aids. The pillows were quite a bit too thick for our liking, and the parking was horrendous at $19 a day. Thankfully, we found a shuttle driver to haul our bags and us to our room which was pretty high up the hill. In spite of the few inconveniences, we will probably stay again.

The facilities pool, fitness center, restaurants common areas were nice.
The room was small, expensive and had a moldy smell. Had issues with the toilet and safe.
