Aqua Aloha Surf Waikiki

This property is centrally located in the heart of the resort area in Waikiki

The property is old and dated and needs a complete refresh. The general decor is 30 years old and the rooms, while fine and clean, need some reworking ie- not being able to close the cabinet door to where the fridge is unless you physically lift the fridge up and out of the way. More substantively, I think that the resort needs security in the basement parking area. While parking on multiple different occasions I saw what looked to be an escort/prostitute pickup and dropoff of the same young woman in various states of undress and general dishevelment. The situation felt very off as she quickly rushed to the elevator and the driver kept the car running and stayed in the basement (no parking permit). This happened 3 days in a row at various times of day.

Great location and view from 12 floor was nice.

The room needs some much-needed improvement. Especially the bathroom and shower. Looks like it's still stuck in the 1970. The sofa bed was very worn out and needs to be replaced. View was amazing, the little kitchenette was a bonus. Also, the room is a little small for 3 people. 2 perfect. Great staff
