We stayed 3 nights. Very spacious accommodation. Common kitchen, big fridge, private dining area. Huge washroom. Big room included two beds: queen and single. Host very kind and helpful. Very careful about guests comfort. The husband helped to carry my big luggages down. The wife helped us start the portable electric stove. She also called me to inform that I had left some medicines behind. Property very clean. The environment was very beautiful. Very spacious and beautiful front yard. The sea is very close to the property, we could see it before we turn into the property.

I wish there were laundry facilities in the huge but almost empty washroom. The room needed a trash can. Not advisable if you have heavy luggage to bring down long stairs in the basement.

Anna was very friendly and her house was clean and comfortable.

We rented the upper suite with ocean view and full ensuite with king size bed. My wife was very happy with how clean the place was. Great wifi with a smart roku tv and an excellent ac split up it in our room. With the humidity in PEI its always very warm and muggy even kn overcast and rainy days. Excellent location. Barely 5-10 min from Charlottetown waterfront and eateries. Theres almost little beach called tea tree park beach a few minutes drive from the Airbnb. I wouldn't walk to it as they suggest you do. Its would easily be a 30min round trip. Just drive over to it. There's a parking lot there with green space, facilities and a nice very shallow beach good for walking and clam digging WHEN THE TIIDE IS OUT. DONT BOTHER AT HIGH TIDE. Also you might catch a game of cricket while you're there. Yes Indians playing cricket in PEI. WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT.

Bed mattress might as well have been a wooden board and same for larger pillow. Smaller pillow was a cover with almost no filling. We don't travel much and booked this trip over a weekend and didn't look close enough at photos to realize its actually an airbnb in an ordinary house. As such youre just renting different bedrooms they have locked off as indivdividual suites. We could hear people talking in the room next to ours and the front door kn the place you enter from has a horribly loud creak whenever someone comes back into the Airbnb. We were woken up constantly both nights and in the mornings. Between the bed and noise from other guests and thr front door i would stay somewhere else next time probably.
