Clean and great for the price.

We were on the second floor and the people upstairs were so loud late at night and early in the morning.

The property has a beautiful mid-century modern style, typical of Palm Springs. Good location, gorgeous views on the mountains, heated pool and cozy outdoor seating area. Free bikes to use and explore around.

I don’t think this property should be a 4 star hotel: they send you messages on the Booking.com app every day,asking you if you want them to make your room and you have to reply before a certain time if you want your room cleaned and tidied up (for example, on 1/1 you had to reply before 9:30am when I suppose a lot of people sleep, considering it’s the day after nye). Doesn’t really matter anyway, because after the first night of our stay I replied that I wanted our room to be done and they didn’t make it. When I let them know, they apologised but the day after (1/1 indeed) they didn’t make it again: I’d have made a note about that specific room making sure that it would be cleaned and tidied up, considering the inconvenience of day before. Anyway, these messages thing just doesn’t work because guests should have the right to have their room made everyday and decline on the spot,in case they don’t need cleaning (which I don’t even need every day, but with a 3 day stay I’d expect as the bare minimum to have the bins emptied an the floor wiped at least once). Not over though: considering our room hadn’t been done on the 31/12 I simply asked to have a change of the small towels and 2 clean cups and glasses which we had used. I made this request at 4pm on the day, the day after at 11am they hadn’t deliver them to our room yet and went to collect them myself. The guy at the reception was kind and told me he was gonna waive a fee from my booking, which didn’t happen yet. Left the used glasses and cups outside our room for someone to collect, together with the trash bin that nobody collected from our room and there it remained, outside our room, until our check-out. Pretty sure this is not 4 star service. The mini fridge is completely empty, which is not usually the case with 4 star hotels. They have a beautiful restaurant only open for breakfast (?!

Beautifully designed mid century modern room. Very spacious. Comfortable bed and large TV. Very nice pool with bar. Location is not in downtown Palm Springs, but very short drive away. Bikes available for guests to get around town.

Very disappointed with the cleaning staff and management. Found a needle/syringe in the room. There is obviously no excuse for this, this was unpleasant to discover. We requested room cleaning, only to find hours later that they did not clean the room, they just entered and picked up the syringe. It obviously was a serious health hazard and I felt they did not take it seriously. I had no idea if I would find other hazardous items in the room later, so I had to request another cleaning. Staff also told my partner they would give us a partial refund, to which they seemingly forgot because I had to contact them and booking.com weeks later. When they did process a partial refund, it was approx the price of half a night's stay, which seems very inadequate for such mess.

The staff was exceptional. We truly enjoyed the amenities and the "vibes". So close to everything in downtown Palm Springs. I would stay here again!

We completely enjoyed our stay. Great and attentive staff and a very clean environment. The pool area was great, very much appreciated the water and ice machine being available. Our room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. Front Desk manager, Joe, is a gem. Every hotel should be so lucky. We very much appreciated his help and guidance.

Weak shower, uncomfortable beds, not enough room around the pool (cabanas were $150 a day but rarely anyone on them). Website said pastries and coffee in the morning but this info was not discussed at check in and nor did it actually materialize.

Room was very comfortable and well designed. Pool area was cute. Loved the complimentary cold brew in the morning. Most of the staff were lovely.

The cleaning staff was off their game. they didn't come when requested, and then knocked twice the next day when there was a "do not disturb" sign out. the poolside menu used to be excellent, but now it's only pizzas (in 95 degree heat???). hopefully they change it back.

Breakfast was wonderful, reception had lemon infused water and tea, staff were so friendly. Loved to decorate and renovation of the original hotel.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Lovely clean rooms, La Lebo products to use which felt very luxurious. Pool was great. Walking distance to some nice restaurants. Really good value for money.

The breakfast was included in our stay and wouldn’t suggest paying for it - portions were small for the prices. Bar at the pool was pricey too, and no happy hour. Bar often quiet so would encourage the hotel to offer a happy hour or specials. By the time you add the tax and tip on to the drinks it was a lot.

This place was so cute and I felt transported back in time to a kinder and softer time. The hotel was super clean, well maintained, the bed was very comfortable and the staff went above and beyond. My little dog was also very welcomed and loved having good places around the hotel to walk.

The property was very well done as far as a redo of a 60s hotel very mid century modern vibe the pool was large and clean the space was beautiful with overhang lights a bar with misters and a dj with great pool side food. Tony the bartender was exceptional and made good drinks . Soley at the front desk was awesome and upgraded us to a suite because our A/C was out. The balcony was nice and comfortable. It was in a residential area and was quiet most of the time. Also we were there off season so not sure what the busy season is like. l can't recommend the restaurant the vibe was really cute. Food & service not so much.

The manager Brandy nicknamed stripes was micromanaging the guest walking around nit picking everything almost like a spy her intention may have been innocent but l didn't need policing at 65. She was friendly but also acted like a sergeant in charge very uncomfortable when she was walking around. They need a bench and a nice large disposable ashtray or cigarette area on the grounds maybe up front or off to the side of the gate telling people to smoke in the doggy area is an insult l don't smoke but several guest who l knew did and they where told to walk to a doggie area to smoke very belittling. Maybe check out Elmers down the street and see their smoking area very nice area because you know what people are going to smoke why not make it comfortable and easy.

We booked the stay with complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was served at the High Moon, the hotel‘s restaurant. Unfortunately it was not good. The food was okay, definitely overpriced. But the service was terrible! The waiters were incompetent, we waited for ever, they screwed up the order, and one of them was outrageously impolite when I addressed the issue.

Great rooms, clean, well designed, very comfortable. Great, friendly, professional staff. And an awesome DJ at the pool. Well run operation and a pleasure to be there.

Only minor thing, the floor in our room was dirty, had to walk around with shoes.

We loved our stay! Hotel seems to be newly refurbished and the design was beautiful. We loved the pool and the bartender at the pool bar was great, we loved her frozen drinks! All the staff members were super friendly and accommodating. Really appreciated the pastries and coffee in the lobby in the morning. We were able to walk to dinner both nights we stayed and there was a great ice cream shop walking distance too. We were able to extend our checkout by an hour for $25 which we thought was reasonable.

It was definitely an older property. The pool was a little dirty the first day from the pollen and sunscreen from all the people.

Tasteful yet playful mid century modern decor throughout. Lobby felt inviting with several cozy areas to chill if you wanted to. Complimentary coffee, tea and pastries available in the lobby in the mornings. Very friendly and accommodating staff, especially in the lobby. Bed linens were lovely — white and plush! We had everything we needed in the room, even a clothes steamer, which we didn’t use because we brought our own…but now I we know we don’t need to bring one next time! Thanks so much for another great stay!

The pool water seemed cloudy.

The hotel check in process was fairly easy. We stayed Thursday - Sunday on Fourth of July weekend .

First thought was the hand towels were filthy with hair and what looked like a dirty foot print. They had complimentary breakfast of coffee, pastries and fruit but unfortunately both days my daughter’s orange was moldy when she peeled it. We received a text the first morning asking if we needed anything which was towels and toilet paper but it was never delivered. Next day requested the same thing and it was never delivered. It wasn’t until Saturday night a staff member (not housekeeping ) came by to grab our trash. I had to re-message them again because the room next to us 215was loud, cursing and arguing. (On the other side at they 217 had a dog that kept barking also) The staff at the bar were extremely nice and she enjoyed her carne asada fries even though they got my daughter order wrong but she was too hungry to wait. Told the Woman this when I checked out and she said sorry I apologized and said we hope you come back! Unfortunately we won’t but overall with help this hotel can get better.
