Good deal on my room thru this app. Unfortunately when u got there I had issues with my first 2 rooms. Person on duty at the time took care of me. Put me up on top floor in a king suite. So I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Still got growing pains though. Construction continues on this place. I was here 2 or 3 years ago when it was first going. I figured it be done by now. Gotta get pool open. It’s summer time already. Fitness room In the making as well. Lots of transients in the area as well. Too much loitering. Gotta get law involved to remove these folks. If you’re not staying don’t be hanging around. There’s law against it. Baymont needs to in force this.

A very great clean place to stay

The room itself was acceptable in terms of layout and modern appearance. The LG TV was a highlight, offering excellent sound and picture quality. While the hotel was generally quiet, there was frequent late-night activity from other guests, which made it difficult to sleep at times. Cleanliness, however, was inconsistent. Although the room appeared reasonably maintained at first glance, I requested that housekeeping clean the mirror, address the dust buildup on the fan blades, and mop the sticky floor. These requests were not completed. Additionally, the sheets, pillowcases, and towels all had visible stains or spots, which is unacceptable. I do appreciate that the staff arranged for a refrigerator to be brought in from another location to accommodate my medication. That effort was noted and valued. That said, my decision to stay at this hotel was based primarily on price and proximity to my workplace. Given the overall experience and the type of clientele frequenting the property, I would not choose to stay here again. During my four-day stay, I observed police presence on multiple occasions. While it is reassuring that security is available, the frequency was concerning. I was particularly uncomfortable when an officer recorded my license plate number as I was leaving, despite having done nothing wrong. The amenities were also lacking. The pool was empty, the fitness room had no equipment, there was no microwave in the room, and the breakfast offering was extremely limited. Overall, this property requires significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest experience. Additionally, the front desk staff were inconsistent in their professionalism—while some were courteous, others were not, and basic guest acknowledgment was often absent. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
