    Love the location and the hotel is nice. Staff did not tell us how to use the elevator so we ended up walking from the 4th to 10th floor. When we explained to the new staff person they reissued our key card but still failed to explain how to operate it correctly. With our key card working we figured it out. We parked in the parking garage and then paid for parking with our room. Park in valet, check in and then use your key card to park, save yourself the trouble of paying 2x. I was surprised the room did not have more plug in for phones etc. Also we had one coffee stirrer, when we came back from dinner and had leftovers some silverware would have been nice. Could i have gone down to get some, sure but the fear of getting stuck again due to my keycard not working in the elevator was strong enough to make due with the coffee stirrer.
