Very friendly staff. Had dinner in the restaurant- excellent portion for the price. The room was quite nice.

Perfect location for my needs. Quiet. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Food service offered was very good. Staff was helpful and professional. Work out area was small but totally adequate. There’s a lovely park right down the street for walking also (Prospect Hill Park)

The breakfast was very good. I ordered off the menu. The staff was very good. The manager at the breakfast services was very good as well. The room was fine average room. I am unique. I like to have fresh air and windows open. Unfortunately, that’s a thing in the past when I checked in there was no one at the desk a group was sitting in the restaurant area and one man got up and came over and helped again. A thing of the past offering for your luggage to be brought to your room is nonexistent I guess today.

Unfortunately, when I returned to the hotel somewhere between eight and 930 p.m.I went to the upper car park and when I was looking for a space to park my car, there was 2 to 3 men sitting on a curb in the corner of the parking lot drinking alcohol. That was a little disconcerting. I drove around the parking lot and found a different place to park that was closer to the door . In the morning. I informed your front desk, woman that that was my experience when I returned to the hotel the night before she expressed concern and was going inform the appropriate department.. She asked me when I was reporting the incident which department I wanted to speak to, and I said well I assume the general manager of the hotel but I guess that’s not the chain of command any longer
