Very clean, and open.
Parking charge of $10 per day was a surprise. It is a location with out mass transit, so is is a guaranteed charge

Close to variety of dining options.
I have traveled for 2 months out of the year for the last 3 years. I unusually check for free parking. Parking is NEVER charged when they have a parking all around the facility. I think I should have been informed when I checked in that there was a $10. fee per day. A few minor issues with room. One of the lights did not work. sheer curtains was ripped and di not work. Weird small bathroom where there was knob inside shower if used was blocked by toilet. Juice machine not working for breakfast - no backup.
