Rooms were clean and inviting, staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
That the breakfast was only open until 9am, 9:30am-10am would have been better.

The staff was really nice. The gym, breakfast, waiting area was really nice.
The room was dirty. Floors were not vacuumed (many pieces of food and other weird debris). Bathroom tile grout was extremely filthy. Toilet on multiple times would not stop making noise. The shower and sink had drainage problems (tub would have 1-3 inches of standing water when taking a shower. No vent fan in bathroom. Bed felt like it was extremely old and saggy. The bed sheets were really loose fitting.
