The room was spacious, and the location was excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was decent, though there is room for improvement. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
The room rates were quite high compared to the overall experience.

The staff were very friendly - especially the shuttle driver who picked me up from the Airport. Really nice guy with amazing customer service.
I felt let down for the price. £160 for 1-night, I've never paid that much for a hotel room for a night before. I was shunted into basically a motel room at the back of the hotel. I was expecting more, especially for the price instead to be given a motel room off to the side and beyond. The pictures I seen of the hotel looked spectacular and while I appreciate Jackson isn't a cheap place, I was feeling really, really let down. Before I went I was showing everyone pictures of the hotel and was very excited only to check in and feel very underwhelmed.
