Heated floors in the bathroom, cleanliness, and location were all amazing!
The breaker did tripped a couple of times but they were very quick and efficient to get it fixed!

Extremely happy with Rockwell Inn after researching so many other hotels. Each of the staff members were so friendly and accommodating. They offer shuttle to and from airport and to Teton Village a couple of times morning and afternoon. We didn't even need to rent a car because of the shuttle and the close proximity of the hotel to the town of Jackson. The rooms were like mini suites with a kitchen and were very clean and modern, heated bathroom floors and rain shower head like a spa; very comfy beds with premium bedding. The free breakfast was a plus with hot and cold options. The kitchen staff work so hard keeping the food flowing and tables clean. The lobby was so cozy and had fresh cookies in the evening, hot tea, infused water and fresh coffee at all hours. I know I'm missing something but trust me you'll be pleased if you stay here.

Room was very clean, comfortable & modern. Loved the updated paint & decor, heated tiles and comfortable bedding. Very spacious with the suite setting. The breakfast was fantastic. Location was great! We were able to walk to dinner, shopping & entertainment.
We arrived before the standard check-in time and our room wasn't ready so we waited in the lobby. It would have been nice for them to notify us as soon as it was ready instead of us having to check in with them repeatedly.

The staff were very friendly - especially the shuttle driver who picked me up from the Airport. Really nice guy with amazing customer service.
I felt let down for the price. £160 for 1-night, I've never paid that much for a hotel room for a night before. I was shunted into basically a motel room at the back of the hotel. I was expecting more, especially for the price instead to be given a motel room off to the side and beyond. The pictures I seen of the hotel looked spectacular and while I appreciate Jackson isn't a cheap place, I was feeling really, really let down. Before I went I was showing everyone pictures of the hotel and was very excited only to check in and feel very underwhelmed.
