Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Nice shower.
No curtain on sitting room window, bathroom door was hard to fully close, air conditioner was very noisy, and our room sat on a busy street and the windows weren't very soundproof.

The staff were very friendly - especially the shuttle driver who picked me up from the Airport. Really nice guy with amazing customer service.
I felt let down for the price. £160 for 1-night, I've never paid that much for a hotel room for a night before. I was shunted into basically a motel room at the back of the hotel. I was expecting more, especially for the price instead to be given a motel room off to the side and beyond. The pictures I seen of the hotel looked spectacular and while I appreciate Jackson isn't a cheap place, I was feeling really, really let down. Before I went I was showing everyone pictures of the hotel and was very excited only to check in and feel very underwhelmed.
