Location is great and downtown and the pool is new and clean.
The two hot tubs were full of the same groups of people with cases of beer next to them all night long during our stay, we were unable to use the hot tubs at all due to it being full with the same people for hours on end. Very frustrating when my kids were waiting to go in the hot tub for a few minutes.
