The location is great for all adventures in Steamboat. The space is exceptional, with very spacious rooms and tasteful decor.
There are slight maintenance issues. We had 2 ceiling fans which didn’t function as they should and the guest laundry machines weren’t all in working order (it’s fantastic that they offer laundry at no cost but most unfortunate that none of the dryers worked)

Location and space within the apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable large bed. Extended facilities which we didn’t use for our one night stay. Gym, hot tub, sauna, crazy golf and games room. Also a laundry.
Minor details. No bedside lights. Air conditioning was directly next to the bed as it was powerful it rendered it unusable. No soap in bathroom or kitchen.
I would appreciate user instructions for operating TV as remote controller unable to activate individual channels from the menu of programs

as near as we could tell the place was a new renovation so everything was new.
upon check in there was an additional $14 " tax" charge I was asked to pay even though I paid " in full" days before through my booking reservation. a few things were missing from the room Spec, there were no lamps in the bed rooms
making it impossible to lie in bed and read in a good way.
