Size of the apartments, the staff were amazing,game room was fun. Beds were comfortable and good quality although too hard for my liking. My husband and kids loved them.
Need more cooking utensils and better quality knives, more pots to boil two things at once. The grout in the bathrooms were black with dirt. Need more places to hang towels and hand towels, maybe some towel hangers in the glass on the outside of the shower.

needs better cleaning, shower was also clogged, jakuzzi had so much chlorine so all front area was stinking chlorine, i frlt bad for front desk person who works tgeir and needs to smell tgat chlorine all day long

Location and shuttle services were great. Generous amount of space in the 2 bed suite.
Recreation spaces were well decorated and spacious.
We weren’t informed before or during our stay of the $40/day pet fee. We were just charged upon our online check out. No elevators which made it difficult for our disabled dog and all our snow gear from. When we requested more towels, blankets or wash cloths, they would take a several hours or the next day to deliver to our room, or they just forgot all together and we had to ask several times.
