The customer service was amazing. I wish I could remember the gentleman that helped me. He was super kind and so helpful. Every time I needed something or had questions he was always kind. I love people who make you feel like you’ve always known each other.

Location is a short drive from the ski resort. Room was tidy with basic amenities. Common areas seem comfortable and inviting.
Room wasn't ready until after stated check-in time due to what staff said was a need to verify that the room was ready. They'd missed filling the shower soap dispenser, so I guess that was a simple mistake. Loud banging noise that sounded like it was coming from above our room for over an hour; called the front desk about this and after they sent someone upstairs, they confirmed that maintenance was working on something.
