All was super clean, the room has everything we need for a long weekend. Easy to access, steps from the lake, the manager was friendly and respond fast. I would definitely recommend the place.

There was no breakfast, but the room has a table, microwave, coffee maker, hot water heater, sink, basic cups, plates, silverware, and refrigerator. There is a grocery store close by. It's easy to make a basic breakfast in the room, e.g., cereal, fruit, coffee, and juice.
The front desk is not regularly staffed. It's sort of like renting an apartment but without a full kitchen. There is no housekeeping, though I was there for 6 nights, and no extra towels. Only a small bar of soap and a small shampoo in the bathroom. Luckily, I travel with my own stuff. Also, the owners required that I pay cash. They do not take credit cards.
