Bed was comfortable
The place wa not clean, the room had ripped carpet the shower / tub was disgusting ( tiles falling off, gaps in the tiles that were there, tub was dirty / stained, I refused to take a shower in the morning. Would not recommend this to anyone. Way over priced for the condition of the place ($238.00 per night) I just stayed in Saratoga the previous 3 nights and paid the same price for a lot cleaner / better condition hotel.

Personal concern about shuttle to & from airport. Changed our room at our request .
Too many illegals in hallways, reception area, on curbs, etc. Very Loud! Made us feel uncomfortable, even though there was security (??) around.

Nothing
That they charged my credit card twice plus the deposit. Staff did not know what they were doing. Kids running up and down the hallway during the night. Homeless sleeping in the lobby when we checked in and out. I would never stay there again. Rude front desk people.
