Nous avons adoré ce chalet. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils, et nous ont donné un super adresse pour diner le soir à Sainte Rose. le chalet est très bien agencé situé dans un environnement clame aux abords d'une foret. Si nous revenons dans la région nous reviendrons dans ce cadre splendide.
Tout était parfait , pas de point négatif.

Customer service lacking: - First night spent trying to make money transfer through Interac as you will have an additional fee if you use your credit card. The first transfer didn’t go through and I had to spend time in order to fix it instead of enjoying my stay…would have been better to use my credit card as per the Booking website -I have called and asked to change a light bulb. I was told that some one will do it but never done ! - I have called and sent a text message to say that there was no hot water. But never get a call back. So no shower for half of my stay. - Better to bring with you your wood to make a fire. They charge $20 cash…,
