C'était spacieux et bien équipé. Facile pour le stationnement. Belle décoration et cachet.

C'était moyennement propre... miroir d'une des chambres vraiment sale, on pouvaitécrirededansla poussière. Dans la première chambre un gros trou dans le mur derrière la porte et la poignée de porte y était bien encastrée. Des cheveux dans les draps en défaisant le lit. Les murs semblaient sales à certains endroits. Les unités de climatisation dans les fenêtres étaient installées de sorte qu'il y avait des trous pouvant laisser entrer des insectes. Le coin était un peu glauque. Dommage car appartement avec beaucoup de potentiel. La vibe y était bonne et j'aurais aimé que ce soit plus propre.

Les Citadines offers a convenient location option in the Saguenay area. Unfortunately our experience fell below expectations. Accomodation has potential.

One of the most significant issues was the Wi‑Fi, which did not function during our stay. Despite contacting the property owner, the problem was never resolved. As a consequence, neither internet access nor the connected TV services were available, which greatly reduced the comfort. The communication model is also quite impersonal. The owners do not reside on-site, and all interactions take place through messaging. While this may work when everything runs smoothly, it becomes frustrating when assistance is needed to resolve issues during the stay. Cleanliness was another area requiring improvement. Dust was visible on top of furniture and the refrigerator, and there was mold under the kitchen sink. Overall, the accommodation has potential, but the combination of unresolved Wi‑Fi issues, lack of on-site support, and cleanliness concerns negatively impacted our stay.
