The breakfast was well. The staff did try and they made the best of it.

We rented out the hotel for a family fun thing to do. No soap in the showers, beds were broke, blow kegs had stuff on them. We did have some issues with the pool. We made a mistake took food in the pool. But quickly took it out when told not all our. But then the guy sat with us for almost 45 mi it’s to make sure we have rooms. When we in fact had enough rooms for everyone there. Just felt very uncomfortable. The bathrooms down there had no attention at all. And no towels in the pool house next day. The front desk staff was friendly though! And the breakfast next day was Decent. The girl did well doing it alone!

Shower was dirty. No shampoo. Informed front desk and nothing was done. Strong smoke smell in hallway which seeped into the room. Will not be staying at this Comfort Inn again!

Room need vacuumed between beds and night stands. Metal in bathroom rusted sink faucet handles backwards me. Pillows were cheap and flat. Hallways were freezing. And toilet didn't not flush very good and actually clogged

Breakfast was fine although there was a woman there who was watching us like a hawk for unknown reasons. It was fairly quiet in the room.

There was a giant cloud of marijuana smoke when we went into the building. The sheets were dirty on one bed and the comforter was missing on the other bed. The halls were gross and dingy and being remodeled apparently but were also just gross besides that.

Great location and amenities. Excellent food. Rooms, hallway, entry and restaurant are newly remodeled.

Extensive upgrading underway. The pool area is about to be worked on which will be a significant improvement.

Location was good for us and price was reasonable and they allowed pets. Beds were comfortable but not clean.

When we came in one of the beds had an indent and on further inspection, there was black pet hair on it. Also The bathroom had flakes of paint, unfolded washcloths and an open soap. It seemed that it had not been cleaned. There were holes in the back of the door as if someone had punched them and broken parts of the mirror and door were held together with sticky tape. It was a rough night.

I liked the bed and the large tv plus breakfast

It stated hotel rooms with hot tub and restaurant that's open during my stays and the hot tub didn't exist plus the pool area was very dirty along with that so called hot tub that was supposed to be in my room. It was a total rip off and scam and wasn't with my money and of course I can't cancel it because it costs half to cancel the stay. We asked for toilet paper several times being there for the stay and they never gave us any so we used napkins to wipe our asses.

The best thing about the Comfort Inn is the breakfasts and the woman who supervises the breakfast. They have an array of items to enjoy including waffles, eggs, breakfast meats, cereal, bread, donuts etc. The coffee is really good. The woman who manages the breakfast is pleasant and keeps the area clean and well stocked. We did not use it, but, the pool is beautiful. They are in the middle of renovations. The new carpet is beautiful and the rooms have been updated. The facility has potential to be very nice but needs a lot of work.

We requested a handicap accessible room. The request was confirmed via online communication. When we arrived, we learned the request was not followed through. They have no elevators, no luggage carts. There is no way to navigate the facility without using steps. They put us in a room accessible by sliding doors from the parking lot. The siding door didn't fit in the track properly and was difficult to open and close. The lighting in the bathroom was poor and the hair dryer didn't work. The walkways are covered with debris and there was garbage strewn in the parking lot, including a used hyperdermic needle.

Staff was amazing. Pool is huge.

Undergoing renovations so I’m not sure what they will improve on. Beds are very shaky. Pillows are the size of throw pillows . Holes in wall by outlet. Mirror on door in bathroom has seen better days.

I've never seen so many "Out of Order" signs in one place! Just fix the things! The 'out of order' hot tub was very disappointing. The plumbing in the room was awful, toilet wouldn't flush properly & shower fault was hard it set properly. The bathroom ceiling was caving in.

They did have a nice heated pool and the staff was very nice. The room mattress was decent. A microwave in the room would have been nice (we were there for 3 days).

Fantastic location for access to Monroeville and Pittsburgh. Nice bar and breakfast.

Flying insects, mold on the shower curtain and walls. I hate paying for a bad experience and this company will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING when you share your experience. Buyer beware.

Breakfast was very basic.

The hotel was NOT clean. There was a stain on one of the bed sheets, the shower I’m pretty sure had not been cleaned and the shower curtain definitely had never been cleaned, the sink had some white stuff on the side and the floors in the room needed vacuuming. I pulled the chair out in the room to sit down and there was literally a piece of an egg shell on it. The cleanliness was actually disgusting. Would NOT recommend.

The front desk and restaurant staff, the comfortable beds and pillows, the restaurant itself and the food at dinner and breakfast were really great! The Reuben sandwich was especially delicious after driving 5 hours to Pitt!

I know they are remodeling and I think it will be great after they have upgraded. The room was nice and the staff was friendly. Pool was a fun dip but needs updating but we had fun there.

Some of the other guests were nice.

Staying there, and everything else. The beds were uncomfortable. Small bathroom, lack of water pressure and hot water for showers. Couldn't close the bathroom door due to tight spaces, and you ended up staring at yourself in the mirror while you used the bathroom. The room smelled musty upon entering. The pool looked like there was a slime on it, and didn't chance getting in it. The hotel was under renovations. Smelled of mildew.

Helpful staff, excellent variety and quality of complimentary breakfast items. The pool area was outstanding! We were pleasantly surprised that the pool was heated and such a large size and located inside a very large glass enclosure area.

Jacuzzi/hot tub was out of order

I thought it was a nice place until I saw the bathroom.

The bathroom wall near the ceiling was covered with toxic black mold in building C room 282. I showed the front desk and they said they would call maintenace. I just want a refund.

You couldn't use Cash App Cards Paypal and like 4 others as well. The room I had the bedding had blood or Pizza sauce all over it. Then called down to have them bring clean bedding down and they wouldn't even do that. I was placed down in the very bottom of the hotel and have to walk 3 flights of stairs to get to my vehicle. I have Chronic Pain and it is very hard for me to use stairs. I told the front desk and they said they couldn't do anything about. The pictures was very deceiving the rooms looked nothing like the pictures and the pool didn't either. They had a Hot tub but it was out of order. It was a big waste of money to even stay there. It reminded you have a crackhouse and the smell in the halls and the rooms were unreal. I will never stay in a Comfort Inn again.

Location & price, nice large, warm pool. We have stayed here many times.

Our room was very damp. The bathroom floor, comforter, pillows, carpet. It was all damp to the touch.

The front desk staff was very helpful and informative. Judy, the staff member watching breakfast, was amazing! She was there the last time that we stayed here and remembered us and our family. She made sure that the breakfast was great and always stocked. large pool area

The hotel was great 2 years ago. Now, not so much. Very dated. In need of many renovations-I will add that I think that they are starting the renovations needed, but we didn't see anything completed. The pool area needs lots of renovations as well. Hot tub does not work- stated it wont be repaired and was down 2 years ago as well.

This property is a joke for its price . Holes in the walls , very dirty , there was spiders in our bathtub. The pillows are made for a toddler. Trash in the hallways . When we arrived I thought a towel was left in the room here it was the back of the couch. Sheets had holes in them . They sated you smoke in your room you get a 250 fine all we could smell is weed the whole visit . Not even with that you have to carry your suitcases up and downstairs no elevators.

We didn'tlike anything. Much so that we never stayed there and now it has been days and we cannot get even the refund. Looking forward to here from someone from booking.com so I can get the refund.
