Nice renovations and loved the indoor pool

I didn’t like that you had to stay at the hotel for three consecutive days in order to have your room cleaned.

The showers in the room need yo be updated had done stains that didn’t come out. Also, need better TV that offers connections to Netflix account would need to be updated.

Room was comfortably large and clean. Room was labelled as handicap. Bed was comfortable and low making it easy to get in and out.

Labelling this room "Handicapped" was a joke! My wife, a retired Occupational Therapist, was appalled when she saw the bathroom. The bathroom had a regular tub with no grab bars to aid entering and exiting the tub. I had to go the whole stay without taking a shower. Instead of a proper raised toilet it had one of those add-on plastic booster seats - very inconvenient and umcomfortable to use and probably unsanitary. There were faint whiffs of old urine near the seat. No mat to step out of the tub on. ADA? HA! There were no instructions to properly set the HVAC for heat/cool - panel on unit or wall thermostat? The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty - had to call desk for refills. We received them promptly. Practice of only cleaning room every 3 days was not a problem regarding making up the bed, etc. but it also meant none of the expendables were replaced - coffee, cups, cleansing pads. Waste baskets were not emptied. When we arrived and checked in, it had to be obvious that one of us is handicapped since we were checking into a "handicapped" room. The clerk directed us and our luggage up the front elevator and then down the long hall to our room. We discovered we were in the last room on that hall and, if directed properly, we could have driven to the rear entrance where there was another elevator and we could have gone straight to our room without the long walk down the hallways, Cost - we stayed Wed, Thur, and Fri nights. Because Fri is part of a weekend, we were charged weekend rates for all three nights instead of just Fri night - highly unfair! And we paid for a room that in no way could legally be called "handicapped." We might have expected this at Motel 6 prices but not at Sheraton!
