If you can look past it being dated then the hotel does actually have all the things you need - central location, smart TV with chromecast, iced water station on all floors, nespresso machines in rooms and a decent pub attached. All in all it’s ok if a bit overpriced for the quality.
As many other reviews say, the rooms are a bit dated and in need of a refresh. In particular the lighting is not very nice in the rooms and as they lack natural light this creates a bit of a sterile vibe.
