Loved the hotel all the staff was very accommodating

Will NEVER use booking.com again. After driving 10 hours, I arrived at the hotel only to be told that the hotel had no reservations in my name. They asked how I booked and I told them through booking.com and they confirmed that booking.com had not sent them the reservations and I need to call customer service and have them send the hotel an email to confirm my stay. Well, after an hour in the lobby, talking to an Ai bot that clearly could not help me (and eventually hung up on me), i tried to do the online chat which also got me absolutely no where!!! The concierge eventually felt so sorry for us. They figured out a way to get us a room and told me that I wasn't the first person to have this problem through booking.com and that it had been happening quite often. So shame on booking.com for not only not doing their job by sending the hotel the reservation but also shame on them for using Ai and online chats to solve an issue that clearly could NOT solve any issue I had and no matter how many time I said I need to speak with someone it could not transfer me to a real person who could have helped easily! I've always used booking.com for my trips, but after this experience, I will NEVER USE THE COMPANY AGAIN!!! But shout out to the Sheraton Orlando for being so accommodating and patient with me and my family I will definitely be back, but I will definitely be booking straight through the hotel from now on!!!

My first morning at breakfast the staff that attends to us was rude and unprofessional. She let us wait for long time before serving us because we wanted to know if we booked breakfast in our stay

At check in we have to actually walk up to the front desk and greet the 2 ladies that was there before they anything to us

the room was okay but i wanted a balcony that i would be able to sit and the only have enough room to barley stand outside im not even sure how that counts as a balcony it like a window edge and i did like how the hootel was only accessible for people who stayed there

the place was kind of a rip off when booking it says BREAKFAST INCLUDED NOTTTT the breakfast was not included and how they scammed you is you make a plate and then tell you oh its 26 a person!! also, the club lounge was so nasty and not cleaned up there was mold inn the coffee maker no one was even in the lounge to make you a drink it's like why I even got a club room if nothing was available. I actually cleaned it up for them because I'm not staying somewhere nasty my pillowcases I don't think were even replaced cause there was makeup on them I asked for a replacement and last but not least THE HOT TUB WAS NASTY! Akid pooped in it the water was dirty and brown.
