Great location. Steps from the subway. Lots of dining options and great nightlife. Walking distance from soho noho little italy and chinatown. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind
The wifi in the room did not work. The room did not have proper lighting.

The rooms are small, but it was ok since we didn't spend much time in the room. they were clean and just a bit of noise from the inner walls and outside, with large windows and functioning blinds and curtains. I would stay here again.
There is no room service each day, but they said if we needed anything, like clean towels etc, just go down stairs and self serve.
