For what my stay was, it should’ve been about $100 cheaper.

Location

WiFi password either wasn’t correct or there was no WiFi during my stay. Tv was outdated and had no hdmi cord. The do not disturb door hang things do not stay on door handle at all so you will always get knocks when trying to sleep and/or are busy.

Adequate breakfast included boiled eggs, bagels and a couple of types of sugary cereal, and yogurt. Room was fair sized and on ground floor, as requested. We liked having the fridge and coffee maker, but only having plastic cups negated the second.

The broken ice machine was a big negative, especially for a property so large it ought to have two or three spaced around the complex. Office is in a sort of awkward spot for easy check in.

The breakfast buffet doesn’t offer a better variety of food there was only hard boiled eggs, no fruit, no pancake or waffle makers. The jacuzzi had dirt in it and no water at all the pool did not look clean

bed was comfy and room was clean enough. fridge and A/C worked well. it is right next door to a Texas Roadhouse which was convenient for dinner. Right off I-80.

their was significant opening (draft) under the room door. I had to place a towel for increased security/privacy. Elevator was older and smelly. my friends in another room had a bad experience. they encountered a bug of some sort and their bathroom toilet got clogged up. I advised them to request another room even though they supposedly fixed it. my travel friends were not happy with their room or stay.

The location worked for the reason of the trip. The bed was okay. The TV worked.

Won't ever stay ar a hotel that needs a $200 upfront deposit.

Next to the Texas Roadhouse restaurant Travel with my Veteran's Service dog, with legit papers. The clerk was Thankful I voluntary showed her my real ADA papers.

Never had an upfront $200 required room deposit. This was our 10th hotel on our trip and years of hotels. NEVER ANY ROOM DEPOSITS. 1st the receptionist was rude to us, till she found out I was a Veteran. Then she was nice. Our room #206 had the door peep hole glass previously punched out. There was paper stuffed into it blocking one from looking in. The room difital thermostat was broken. Guy in room 201 always smoking at his door. We had to constantly walk thru his smoke. He also stamped his smokes our on the walkway, just at his door. No working ice machine. We were told to buy ice at the gas stations or stores. Beer drinking parking lot party going on that night. Someone squating in a car all day and night, next to our vehicle. I had to move it under the spotlight and buy a camera.

Breakfast was as expected. Location was only 8 miles from family in Vacaville and convenient to store and restaurants close by

Human boogers on my bathroom wall

There were human boogers on the wall behind the bathroom door, and not just one. The entire area was dirty. I was so disgusted I took a washcloth and cleaned that area, the back of the door and wall, the bathroom floor, and the rag was black. I told them about it, and they said they would reach out to me to discuss the issues. They never did!!! For what they charge, they should provide a clean, not disgusting room. I will not stay here ever again.

The manager there was being very rude he tried making us pay an way overboard deposit when it clearly said $150 he tried to say things that were not things that I would say I would ever give them any good saying about this motel knowing his manager drinks alcohol on shift plays very loud music sell drugs off the property has sex with tenants stayi6at this hotel gives certain females free rooms for sexual activity a few people I know this manager would make others feel uncomfortable by saying sexual things an unbelievable I believe this manager needs some time niff this happens alot to this location is in Fairfield CA 94533bthe motel is called Sure Stay Motel old name Best Value Inn thank u everything
