The comfort of the bed was great for my back

Like area and the staff very helpful.
Although they had breakfast included, the waffles were not available daily, only when female staff in shift. The room service was not available unless requested. We stayed 7days expected at least some new towels, toilet paper and trash bags changed, had to do them myself.

The location was convenient to the reason for our visit. The accessible room was great for my dad.
The breakfast was very limited. The safes in the room were all locked and there was no staff on site to unlock them. There was also no staff on site to fix a clogged toilet.
