The beds where comfy
The staff was rude and inattentive they ignored you didn’t answer front desk phone and acted like it was a chore to get some towels when there was none in my room

Space is quite spacious. Location close to the American Mall.
Leaked marks on the ceiling of the bathroom. No guest soap, lotion, and etc. No thermostat to control the air. Very old looks from the main reception to the elevator. Unpatched broken walls in some areas. Parking lot for cars were filled up when arrival.
