    The staff including the restaurant was very patient. Including the restaurant staff adjoint. The location of the hotel I am not sure. As clearly you can see, I live in Manhattan. I'm not quite sure about that.

    I stayed this hotel for 5 days in last week of Aug,26. Good things first Location is very convenient for New York visit. Room is clean, spacious A/C was very good Staff very helpful and polite, apart from one instance when asking a pickup shuttle from station and informed reception that will be there in 5 minutes but still the receptionist asked to call when I actually reached on the station and made us wait there for 25 minutes They provide free shuttle to train station and surrounding malls and run every half hour Tv is smart so if have subscriptions to Netflix, Prime etc then you can watch them Ice machine Breakfast from 7 - 10:30 am Good WIFI Things need improvement Breakfast menu need to changed. Very little choices. All 5 days. My daughter only eaten a slice of bread all 5 days. Fruit option always 1 to 2 choices and alway gone whenever I went there. Washroom needs to be sprayed insecticide regularly. During my 5 days stay, we killed 2 bugs.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️½ I’d give this hotel about 3.5 stars. Overall, the accommodations were okay for a one-night stay, but I do feel the price was higher than usual because there was a major concert happening in the area. The location was convenient, with a fast-food restaurant nearby, and the staff was pleasant enough. They weren’t overly attentive or particularly welcoming, but they also weren’t rude or unhelpful. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because they offered a shuttle to American Dream, which was convenient since I was attending an event at MetLife. The shuttle going there was great, but getting back was a different story. I ultimately had to split a cab, which was an unexpected additional expense. For the price, I also expected a few more complimentary amenities, such as basic toiletries. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the same price range that offered more. My biggest issue, though, was the toilet. It did not flush completely, which was definitely inconvenient. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, especially for just one night, but considering the price, I expected a little more.
