Room was clean and spacious.

Another guest parked illegally in the striped access area next to my handicap spot, leaving me less than a foot of space to open the driver side doors. I was unable to load my car to leave at 7:30 AM. They do not take down license plate info at check-in. The front desk refused to have the car towed, saying it was Sunday, and their preferred tow company couldn't do it before 1 PM. I had to be at my destination before then, which is why I was trying to leave at 7:30. The desk person called the manager when I told her I would be calling the police to have the car ticketed and towed. I gave them 10 minutes to come up with a solution. Miracle of miracles they found the driver, and she walked past me with no apology or even an apologetic look. She looked at the spot and argued with the manager, who said to her that it was clearly striped and against the law. She got into her car angrily and moved it. I asked the manager how he found her and he said they have cameras in the parking lot. This was quite frustrating because they could have told me that to begin with instead of saying that they weren't going to do anything until 1:00 p.m. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I was simply unhappy about how I was treated. They did not want to cause another guest inconvenience even though their actions were illegal. As someone who needs the handicap access for mobility reasons it felt as though it was okay to allow this problem for me so that they didn't lose business from another guest. They need to rethink their policies and follow the law.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was presented well. I would stay here again.
