Friendly and responsive host.

Roms are extremely noisy. You hear noise from the street, and you hear everything from other rooms. The bathroom isn't clean. Private parking is only available if you come early enough to park before other guests arrive.

It was horrible, I left and moved somewhere else at 10:30pm.

Nothing, really. Apparently, I made a mistake in booking. I was sure that I reserved the room with private bathroom, but it turned out that it wasn't -- so that may be on me.

I didn't like that it was on the 2nd floor. I didn't like that it had road noise, so rest was next to impossible. I didn't like that the quiet time was midnight and not the more common 10pm. I didn't like that I ended up with shared bathroom reservations. I didn't like that there was nobody available to assist in person. And no, the bed wasn't comfortable, since you asked.

Good communication aside from not writing in the listing the50$ for extra people,so customers can know it before making the reservation , very sweet lady.

No soap, it was highly watered down liquid soap, super dirty bath room rug , no extra towels available per a sign that they put up in the restroom , no late checkout available. additional fees must be paid in cash. A sign that says to close the door because there’s mice outside, I have a mouse fobia, no breakfast,

Our stay was brief, noisy with a squeaky bed on a broken bed frame and we were openly ripped off.

Room and bathroom was spacious.

First of all, the house was poorly lit. We arrived when it was dark and it was not obvious what house to go to. The outside lights were off which made it feel unsafe. The sign on the inside of the front door about mice did not help. Parking was promised on site, there was none. When we arrived, the hostess asked for $50 cash for a third person. It was an honest mistake - I booked for 2 adults and didn't notice the "1 child" had somehow disappeared. No receipt or recording of this payment. The hostess said she prepared the room (2 queen beds) for two people. We paid extra and didn't get a 3rd towel. No hand towel or washcloths provided. We spent literally 7 hours in the property. A rip-off! Coffee machine on desk but no coffee. No view as promised. Very noisy next to a busy street. The listing stated garden/mountain view. We had a neighbours house at close proximity and constant vehicle traffic. As a non-Chinese family we didn't feel very comfortable.

Nothing. The place was awful

It was advertised as 25 square metres and it was in fact 12 sqm. There was some dark powder in a jar labelled black garlic which was apparently coffee but no cups. Asked for tea and received chinese tea. TV did not work. There was a set of nail clippers on the table Bed sheets were stained (see picture) and we found a hair in the bed. Where walls had been painted / patched the color was not the same as the remainder of the wall. Turning on the shower needed instructions. Living room had a refrigerator parked in the middle of it. Owners did not speak English - very poor communication to access the property - they sent codes to the wrong email address apparently. No idea of hospitality. Just a money making exercise we had to pay $160 for.

It was clean and tidy and nicely decorated. The host was courteous and helpful , carried some baggage for me. He was not upset as I arrived a bit late.

It was so noisy to get to sleep I needed to wear my ear plugs as my bedroom bordered number 4 Road in Richmond. I thought there would be some sort of continental breakfast provided cold cereal milk juice there was nothing. I did not have an iPhone so I could not watch any television as you needed an iPhone to link up with YouTube or Netflix on to the television there by only watching a movie on a bigger screen than your telephone I just wanted to watch a bit of something and couldn't! The grounds could have been tidier looking but I understand it was a hard year to keep anything alive. The patio chairs were not level would have been impossible to sit on them. I thought the security was good off number 4 Road the gate was locked. The curtain came undone.
