Good communication aside from not writing in the listing the50$ for extra people,so customers can know it before making the reservation , very sweet lady.
No soap, it was highly watered down liquid soap, super dirty bath room rug , no extra towels available per a sign that they put up in the restroom , no late checkout available. additional fees must be paid in cash. A sign that says to close the door because there’s mice outside, I have a mouse fobia, no breakfast,

Location
Very unclear when we booked that toilet & bathroom were shared. No sink in room. Very poor views of mountains or gardens.
