The shuttle service- had to pay a little extra to go to the international departure. Must improve on the breakfast items

I like the layout of the suite with the desk, sofa, chair, and the placement of the refrigerator and microwave. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and the coffee bar with hot water for tea! There was a good variety of breakfast items, and it met all of my dietary needs. I appreciate the staff's availability and assistance during breakfast and throughout my stay. Everyone was kind and friendly. I also like having the airport shuttle and the available food choices in the area around the hotel, which were in walking distance.

The hotel was under construction, and the upgrades would be awesome once completed. However, we were placed in a room in the midst of upgrades and experienced plumbing problems and a hot hallway because the large window at the end of the hall was replaced with a board during the construction, which was letting in heat. We were moved to another room and did not experience any problems from that point. I commend the staff for managing as best as possible throughout the construction. I want to recognize Sand and Waple for assigning us a new room, and Peaches for helping us move. They were very helpful, kind, and professional during our stay.

The property was in a close location to the airport

Two hours before check in I noticed on an aerial view of the property that there was not a pool. I called the facility and the worker told me the pool was indoors. After checking in, I was informed the pool was out of service. I spent my nights looking up at a poorly patched ceiling and the bathroom barn door was very difficult to open and close. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good.
