Room service, the menu is awesome! Great service and cooking!
The laundry, I went to the counter to ask for quarters and they didn't have any for my $10. I left money in my room with a note to leave quarters and they took the money and no quarters were left. That is my fault but still disappointing. I wanted to do my laundry and could not.

The hotel is very close to the airport and can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is clean and well maintained.
Breakfast is not great: a typical American breakfast with mostly pre-packaged products and dehydrated eggs. The shuttle bus only serves the domestic terminal; to reach the international terminal you still need to take the airport shuttle for about 15 minutes.

The beds were definitely the most comfortable hotel beds I have stayed in. Also, given the location, the outside noise wasn't too terribly loud. The breakfast also had some good variety, lots of options
There was an additional $15 parking fee for my car, which was not posted and I was not notified about prior to arrival. It was an unpleasant surprise. My grandma tried to ask for an extra blanket at 7pm, and she was told to "try asking again later in an hour and a half" with no further explanation. The staff seemed put out when we had to ask questions and check in. There were no coffee cups with the machine in our room; we had to get them from downstairs. Basically the service and amenities were not great
