Location

I stay here quite often when I visit Vegas. (Just stayed here for the CB concert in September) However this time was not as pleasant as the others. Recently broke my foot. I arrived on a knee scooter in my rental. Vallet was extremely rude when I asked if I could park in front temporarily just to check in and take my bag up. Even explained I was disabled. I ended up parking in the lot, and having to bring my suitcase all the way across while trying to balance on my assisted device. I explained the situation to the front desk agent, I believe her name was Janelle she provided me a $25 meal credit without hesitation. Within 10 minutes of being in my room Janelle calls me to inform me another guess came and and reported the same experience with vallet. She informed me she increased the amount to $50. My AC only blew hot air. My bff sister checked into a suite as we were celebrating my bff bday and were planning a surprise brunch. Her room never had hot water AC didn’t work either. I complained at the front desk, the 1st morning. The agent was male and said this side of the hotel is down for maintenance has been down. And said I could move to the casino side. When I explained I was disappointed and required assistance he explained they didn’t have help for me to relocate. I ended the call before I became frustrated. I called the next to to complain and to also request some toilet paper as the roll was partially empty upon check in. They had the audacity to tell me a roll of TP is $2.50 amidst the issues we are experiencing with the rooms. After explaining how they should be more than happy to comp me a roll of tp it was provided. They night before check out my bff and I go to dinner to redeem the $50 credit I received from Janelle on the 1st night. Only to be told there is no credit available and all they see are the complaints made. As my first experience being temporarily disabled this was a horrible stay.
