Beautiful room, free valet parking, didn’t smell of cigarettes, friendly employees… it was a very nice experience and I would be happy to go back there.
Only negative things were the room was decently clean, but there was some weird pink residue in the bathroom (maybe something from a previous guest because it looked like it may have poured off the counter).
Otherwise, the room and experience were accurate to the description here on the Expedia app and my family and I were very pleased with this hotel experience. Great job, Strip View Suites at the Palms!

The room was perfect, but the elevator is terrible. The elevator is so bad that it almost makes me not want to look again because you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for the elevator to open and when it does open 20 more people behind you pile up, but the room is great.

Stay was excellent other than the fact that Palms Place staff didn't have the room ready until 6pm. However each day of my stay I saw every room on my floor cleaned by 2pm. Makes me wonder what was truly going on.
