This is a returning visit and when I got here to check in they didn’t have a regular rated room available. So they said they upgraded my room and also had some bad news for me. I asked what the bad news was and he told me there are no clean towels and won’t be any for at least 2 hours. I told them it was fine that I would come back to get them later. Upon walking into the room it also had no trash can at all in the entire room, had no fridge or microwave in the room and when I came back for the towels later that day there was a sign be back in 30 minutes and unfortunately didn’t receive the towels that night. The next morning I went down to front desk to ask for my towels and he asked me how many towels I had gotten when I checked in and I told him the guy informed me that no one washed towels so it would be a little while before getting them and no one came back for the night. He then only would give me one towel to use for two paid guests for two nights stay. I am not satisfied for the amount of money I paid for being able to have a trash can, no towels, and no amenities in the room at all.

Room was dirty, TV remote never worked and I went three times to the front desk for a new one. Very little water off the sink. Stay away from this property.
