I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Florida, and overall it was a good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they could definitely use some updates to feel more modern. Even with that, my stay was still very enjoyable thanks to the amazing service.
I want to give a special shout-out to Yasmin. She was absolutely incredible — friendly, professional, and always went out of her way to help with anything I needed. Her positive attitude made a big difference and really elevated the whole stay. Hotels need more employees like her.
I would return again mainly because of the great service from Yasmin and the smooth, pleasant overall experience.
