    Exceptional is all I can say! I have been missing this type of service and facilities for a few years now after retiring from being a Lon Haul Flight Attendant for Qantas

    This may be the worse hotel experience I had had. The thermostat in the room did not work, neither television in the suite worked, the room was not thoroughly cleaned, the hotel is not updated and the elevator did not work. Low class hotel with higher stars than deserving. The breakfast was cold and stale. I will never stay at the hotel and will make sure everyone I know has the information about the hotel.
