I was supposed to receive check in instructions at 4om, i never got them....so i called the number on the reservation and noone answered but sent a text back. Asked me to send them a copy of my id....i did.so immediately and it took another hour and half just to vet the code to the door. The place was disgusting.....filthy dishes in the cabinet amd it was just gross. I emailed the owned bc noone was answering my text at this point and asked for the wifi info. It took 3 fays for someone to get back to me and finally offer to have sooekkne to comem clean the alartment and give wifi info. By that time, i had already spent $200 on cleaning supplies. Imdont recommend this place.....at all
