Pool area was nice even though the lazy river was closed while we were there. Our villa was large and clean. Everything met our expectations.
Our villa was far away from the pool and other facilities. You literally have to drive there and there are many speed bumps along the route.

The pool and staff were great
The property wasn’t the problem. My problem was I booked a certain room and when I got there, I was assigned a different accommodation that didn’t work for me and my family. Trying to get that changed took seven hours.
